I have considerable experience of working within educational settings, on-line and within the community.

My own personal experience has shaped my determination to dedicate my working life to support children and young people on their journey towards fulfillment and independence. I believe that every child and young person, regardless of their challenges, deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, and navigate the world with confidence. My eldest son was born prematurely, has learning, physical challenges and is a full-time wheelchair user. I have navigated my way through the education system, I have extensive experience of EHCPs both personally and professionally. I have experienced the tribunal process to ensure my own son's needs were met and I understand the challenges parents face when their child has additional needs. My approach is always centred around the unique strengths and needs of each individual.
